Friday, Sept. 30 -- If you have not already done so, write up your conversation to hand in on Monday. Proofread with your book open to be sure all spelling and punctuation is accurate.
Wednesday, Sept. 28 -- Learn your part of the conversation that you wrote in class today. Be ready to present it (without notes) in class on Friday. If you have extra time, write up the conversation to hand in on Monday. Proofread with your book open to be sure all spelling and punctuation is accurate.
Tuesday, Sept. 27 -- Libro rojo pgs. 5E, 6G; Think of a person (real or imaginary) who you will be in your partner conversation
Monday, Sept. 26 -- Red Book pgs. 3-4D; White Book pg. 3D (If you have trouble finding a word in the word search, see me during Tutorial for a hint!)
Friday, Sept. 23 -- Use the Pre-quiz you got back in class today and your flashcards to study for the Prueba on Monday. I will be available during Tutorial on Monday if you want to practice more.
Thursday, Sept. 22 -- Make flashcards for the new expressions on the handout you received in class today. Be sure to use your Red Books to check your cards!
Wednesday, Sept. 21 -- Study your flashcards for the Pre-quiz which will be on Thursday. Use the process we discussed in class.
1. Look at the English side and say the Spanish expression.
2. Write the Spanish expression and check your spelling.
3. Divide cards into 2 piles: the ones you got right and the ones that need more practice.
4. Keep studying until you can write each expression correctly.

Thursday, Sept. 15 -- Write a conversation following the directions on the handout you received in class today. (The directions are listed below if you need another copy.) Be sure to use lined paper and make it neat. This is your first homework that will be handed in and graded.
Spanish 6 Spanish Conversation
Write an original conversation between 2 people.
1. Give each person a Spanish name.
2. Each person's part must include:
a greeting
a question and answer about his/her name
a "nice to meet you" or "delighted to meet you" expression
a goodbye
3. Set it up like the model on pg. 4E (White book). Each time the speaker changes, write on the next line.
4. Check your spelling and punctuation to be sure everything is correct.
